I am trying to upload an e pub and I dont have permission to post in forum?

I am trying to upload an e pub, the new David Baldacci book that was releases today and I get Sorry, you are not allowed to post thread in this forum, please click here to view details.

You could post it... and I moderated it...
Don't forget for your next posts...
- all the threads are free. you give a price of the book it self but not to see the thread.
- and the structure for the title is Title - Serie if exists - Author - Language
We use  " - " to separate the different parts, always place the language at the end (even if english) and use capitals for each word... so everybody has the same structure.

Hi, I am also having the same issue but it explains because I am a new member...any guidance on where I start. This site is overwhelming and I can't seem to find a guide to get me started.
